Arizona State University เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐบาล ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 1885 เป็นหนึ่งในมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีจำนวนนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีมากที่สุดในประเทศ ปัจจุบันมีจำนวนนักศึกษาประมาณ 50,000 คน เปิดทำการสอนในระดับชั้นปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโทโดยมีหลักสูตรให้นักเรียนเลือกมากกว่า 300 สาขา ใน 5 วิทยาเขตของมหาวิทยาลัย เนื่องจากคุณภาพของการศึกษาที่ดีทำให้มหาวิทยาลัยเป็นที่รู้จักและมีชื่อเสียงไปทั่วโลก โดยถูกจัดอยู่ในอันดับต้นๆมากมาย และถึงแม้ว่าจะมีจำนวนนักศึกษาที่เยอะ แต่จำนวนนักเรียนต่อชั้นเรียนกลับมีสัดส่วนเพียงแค่ 21 คน ต่อชั้นเรียนเท่านั้น
นอกจากนี้มหาวิทยาลัยยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายให้แก่นักศึกษา เช่น คลับชมรมมากกว่า 500 คลับ, กีฬามากมายหลายชนิด, กิจกรรมกลางแจ้ง และร้านอาหารที่มีอาหารมากมายหลายชนิดให้เลือก

Arizona State University มีทั้งหมดด้วยกัน 5 วิทยาเขตด้วยกัน ได้แก่ Tempe campus, Phoenix campus, Polytechnic campus, West campus และ Lake Havasu โดยมี Tempe Campus เป็นวิทยาเขตหลัก ตั้งอยู่ในเมือง Tempe รัฐ Arizona เป็นรัฐทางตะวันตกเฉีนงใต้ของสหรัฐอเมริกา ตัวมหาวิทยาลัยมีพื้นที่ประมาณ 600 เอเคอร์ ประกอบไปด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายให้กับนักศึกษา เช่น ร้านอาหารที่มีอาหารมากมายหลายชนิด, ฟิตเนสคลับที่มีอูปกรณ์ครบครัน, คลับกิจกรรมมากกว่า 500 คลับ, กิจกรรมกลางแจ้งที่จัดโดยมหาวิทยาลัย
